CNC Set-Up Technician
Job Description
The CNC Set-Up Technician will be responsible for setting up and operating a twin spindle twin turret Doosan CNC Lathe and operating/machining quality parts per blueprint. The technician is also responsible for reporting any repairs needed to the machine as well as maintaining a clean machine/workspace.

Quality Control Engineer/Inspector
Job Description
The Quality Control Engineer/Inspector will be responsible for running our quality department to ensure quality parts are being manufactured per blueprint and per spec. The Engineer will also be responsible for upholding our processes and quality procedures as well as improving and strengthening them. The following tasks will need to be performed on a day-to-day basis: Quality data entry, operating quality equipment, gage calibration, first article inspections, final inspection, inspecting incoming and outgoing parts, cleanliness lab inspection, production line inspection, completing PPAP reports (Production Part Approval Process), reading blueprints and marking up blueprints.

Six Spindle Screw Machine Set-Up Technician
Job Description
The Six Spindle Screw Machine Set-Up Technician will be responsible for setting up and operating a Six Spindle New Britain cam & gear driven Screw Machine Lathe and operating/machining quality parts per blueprint. The technician is also responsible for reporting any repairs needed to the machine as well as maintaining a clean machine/workspace.
